24x7 Learning unveils 'online portal'

24x7 Learning has unveiled a comprehensive collection of online certified e-learning courses through its portal, reports Top News.

The new facility will address the needs of students looking at training for certification or picking up new skills.

In addition, the portal also addresses the needs of small and medium enterprises interested in implementing e-learning in their organisation through a custom library of courses for its employees.

Interactive training like a movie

ELearn Training Systems, an online design firm, has introduced its e-learning interactive training programme which offers experiences like that of an Imax movie, reports TMCnet.

Traditional paper and ink employee training will one day be almost completely replaced by these Web-based learning programmes, says the company.

E-learning is short for electronic learning, a multimedia system where both content and instruction are delivered via Internet and computer technology, instead of textbooks and live classroom setting.
