TeliMatrix's former financial director Howard Scott is to leave the company at the end of February.
The company noted in its October 2007 pre-listing statement that Scott would resign as a director of the business once a suitable replacement was found. Steven Evans was appointed FD at the beginning of the month.
Evans previously served as EOH's financial director.
TeliMatrix's only non-South African board member, Scott was instrumental in the recent merger with OmniBridge and the subsequent listing of the business on the main board of the JSE.
It is unknown at this stage whether Scott will return to his native Australia, or continue to operate in SA.
