Product Owner, Discovery Vitality
Lauren Beale is a Process Engineering specialist with over 10 years’ experience in the Financial Services sector. She currently is the Product Owner for a portfolio of rewards in Discovery Vitality and the custodian of process design and integration with Discovery Vitality partners. She also looks after the core finance and data process designs within the business. Previously, Lauren held the position of Product Owner for Process Digitisation and Customer Authentication at Standard Bank, managing a portfolio of Business Process Management and Authentication initiatives across the Personal and Business Banking division. She has attained a Bachelor of Business Science with Honours in Finance through UCT, FRM© accreditation through the Global Association of Risk Professionals, CFA© accreditation through the CFA Institute, is a Certified Process Professional Master through the BP Group and is a certified SAFe Product Owner.
