Phokeng Mogase is a seasoned IT professional with 19 years experience in the ICT industry spanning across both public and private sector. She established herself as an IT business leader and a well rounded digitization professional focusing on converting traditional businesses to digital businesses. Phokeng is currently the CIO Financial Sector Conduct Authority (FSCA)She was previously the CIO of the Cross Boarder Road Transport Agency.Before this role; she headed a Software Development & Maintenance portfolio at the State Information Technology Agency with repeated success in leading the development, delivery, maintenance and support of mission critical systems.Her extensive experience in the business development and customer related roles adds a dimension that creates a balance between business and technical competency that would add value at a strategic level of any organisation. She previously held other key roles in Sita, Datacentrix, EDS and CSIR and acquired extensive experience in Strategy Development and implementation,Business development, IT Service Management, SDLC, Customer Services and product development.
