Clint started his customer experience journey over a decade ago and since then he’s lived as a Customer Experience expert, sometimes stumbling, sometimes running, sometimes on my own, sometimes with a team and all the time learning. It has taken him some time to be comfortable with the CX tag, some time to feel like he can speak with authority on the subject in a world and web filled with so many varied opinions.

He found out that there is a science to CX and then he learned what he could, and later got accredited with CCXP and ACXP. Since then he has learned that he loves the Voice Of Customer Measurement and Culture.

Clint has over the years won a number of Customer Experience accolades such as the Best Measure in Customer Experience award at the International Customer Experience Awards 2018, CXPA Impact award in 2018 and a host of other awards from CEM and Gartner.
