Nomashni Naidoo is a technology risk and governance leader with two decades of experience across Big Four advisory, banking, manufacturing and retail. In her current role, she leads a function spanning IT risk and compliance, IT governance, SAP Authorisations and GRC and IT financial management, supporting operations across Southern Africa, Ireland and Sri Lanka. Her expertise lies in translating complex technology, regulatory and governance requirements into practical and measurable business outcomes.Her experience includes delivering significant improvements in technology governance maturity, strengthening privacy compliance and improving operational efficiency through streamlined risk and compliance practices.

Nomashni Naidoo previously led technology governance, risk, compliance and privacy at a banking institution, where she also served as Information Officer. Before that, she spent close to a decade at a Big Four professional services firm in a Senior Management role, leading engagements across financial services, retail, manufacturing, automotive and telecommunications.

She holds an MBA and professional credentials including CCIO, CGEIT, CISA, CDPSE and TOGAF. A former Board Director of the ISACA South Africa Chapter and a global SheLeadsTech Ambassador, she is a published thought leader on technology governance, AI governance , risk and enterprise architecture.
