Ishaaq is the global chief cyber security officer for Sasol. he has over 20 years’ experience in the it field and his career spans a wide range of disciplines including roles in networking, application development, business analysis, identity and access management, technical integration, business analysis, solution architecture, SAP management and enterprise architecture. He is currently focused on transforming and continuously improving his company’s ability to be cyber resilient and adaptive to modern ever-changing threats. Prior to taking up the role as CISO, ishaaq lead the global modernization of the Sasol information management function across Africa, EU and North America to create a sustainable IM function to support the business ambition of digital transformation.
