Having worked for Vodacom Business, IBM, Oracle, LTIMindtree, SUSE Software Solutions, and most recently, BCX, Tshepo has over 20 years of international expertise in the information and communications technology industry. Among his primary areas of expertise are cloud computing, data centres, cyber security and IT infrastructure services including backup, data protection and storage. Tshepo has a strong commitment to lifelong learning. He holds an MBA from the University of Pretoria's Gordon Institute of Business Science, where he focused his thesis on the impact of cloud computing and how offshoring ICT services has changed the state of South Africa's ICT industry. In addition, Tshepo has a Bachelor of Science in Information Systems (BSc.IS) from Midrand Graduate Institute, an Advanced Diploma in Project Management (AdvDipPM) from Cranefield College and a Postgraduate Diploma in Management Practice (PGDip) from Henley Business School.
