Dale Simons, founder of the MiDO Group, has dedicated a decade to serving his community and creating pathways out of poverty by teaching digital literacy in underprivileged parts of Stellenbosch and its surroundings. With over 15 years of experience in information and communication technology and management support training, Dale is an expert in information and communication technology software solutions, support, training and system implementation. Dale has an NDip in Mechanical Engineering from Cape Peninsula University of Technology and has completed a project management course at AECI Engineering. Dale also completed the 12-month Executive Development Programme at the University of Stellenbosch Business School. His commitment to preparing the youth for the Fourth Industrial Revolution is motivated by his knowledge and experience in ICT solutions for educational and public benefit organisations, as well as his desire to effect change and transformation in society.
