Charl van der Walt, Chief strategy officer, SecureData SensePost

Charl van der Walt is the original founder of SensePost - a pen testing company in South Africa and in the UK - where he still sits on the board. He has acted in various roles there, including CEO for about five years. After they sold SensePost to SecureData, he took a diverse role within the group that includes leading its research unit, directing security strategy and leading the "Security Intelligence Unit," which (amongst other things) runs a significant Managed SIEM and Threat Hunting (MDR) Operation. He has spoken on a variety of occasions over the duration of his career, including Black Hat, HITB, Defcon, NATA CCDCOE, BSides and 44Con.

Graham Cluley, Independent computer security expert, public speaker, co-host of "Smashing Security" podcast (UK)

Graham Cluley is an award-winning independent security blogger, researcher, podcaster, and public speaker. He has been a well-known figure in the computer security industry since the early 1990s when he worked as a programmer, writing the first ever version of Dr Solomon's Anti-Virus Toolkit for Windows. Since then he has been employed in senior roles by companies such as Sophos and McAfee. Graham has given talks about computer security for some of the world's largest companies, worked with law enforcement agencies on investigations into hacking groups, and regularly appears on TV and radio explaining computer security threats. Graham was inducted into the InfoSecurity Europe Hall of Fame in 2011.

Henrik Johansson, Principal – Office of the CISO, Amazon Web Services

Henrik is a Principal in the Office of the CISO at AWS Security. With over 22 years’ experience in IT with a focus on security and compliance, Henrik focuses on establishing and driving CISO-level relationships as a trusted cloud security advisor with a passionate focus on developing services and features for security and compliance at scale. From a technical perspective, Henrik focuses on services and tooling for security at scale, automation, various compliance frameworks, autonomous incident response remediation, secure architecture/pipelines and security tool creation with a focus on security services as well as OSS-based tooling. Henrik owns and maintains a number of publicly available OpenSource repos on GitHub. As a seasoned public speaker and panelist, Henrik has presented at a number of industry events including AWS Re:Invent, RSA, SalesForce Connections and other events outside the security realm.
His background includes roles such as Security Advisor, Director for Product Development and Professional Services, Enterprise Solutions Advisor, Public Speaker and Evangelist.

Ofir Hason, CEO & Co-Founder, CyberGym (Israel)

Ofir Hason is the CEO and Co-Founder of CyberGym. Graduate of the Israeli Defence Forces' prestigious Intelligence Corps Unit (8200), Ofir has over 15 years of experience in the development and characterisation of complex applications, products, and critical networks. He served for more than 7 years as a senior manager in Israel's National Information Security Authority (NISA/ISA). CyberGym is backed by Israel Electric Corp., a government-owned utility that fends off millions of cyberthreats every month. The training company's "white hat" hackers all have experience in the military or security agencies. Ofir, the former head of the Israel Shin Bet security agency's cyber unit, has a Master's degree in Information Systems from Ruppin Academic College, Israel and an MBA in Management Information Systems, Netanya Academic College, Israel. He has previously been involved in two successful technology start-ups in Israel.

Perry Carpenter, Chief Evangelist and Strategy Officer, KnowBe4 (USA)

Perry Carpenter currently serves as Chief Evangelist and Strategy Officer for KnowBe4, the world's most popular security awareness and simulated phishing platform. Previously, Perry led security awareness, security culture management and anti-phishing behaviour management research at Gartner Research, in addition to covering areas of IAM strategy, CISO programme management mentoring and technology service provider success strategies. With a long career as a security professional and researcher, Perry has broad experience in North America and Europe, providing security consulting and advisory services for many of the best-known global brands. Perry holds a Master of Science in Information Assurance (MSIA) from Norwich University in Vermont and is a Certified Chief Information Security Officer (C|CISO).

Pete Herzog, Managing Director, The Institute for Security and Open Methodologies (ISECOM)(USA)

Pete Herzog is the co-founder and on the Board of Directors of ISECOM, researching and creating new solutions to complex security problems. As Managing Director of this non-profit research organisation, he manages the research of all projects including the two most recognized: OSSTMM and Hacker Highschool. He manages communications and sharing with the ISECOM community of over 10,000 participants, making interviews, articles and overseeing content for all ISECOM's public and private interactions. He created and now oversees maintenance of the ISECOM certifications for security testing and analysis, trust analysis and professional hacking. He also leads ISECOM's consulting and analysis engagements for private research initiatives and is a frequent trainer and presenter at security conferences and internal seminars for corporations.

Pukhraj Singh, Security Operations & Threat Intelligence Practitioner/Writer (India)

Pukhraj Singh is a cyber intelligence analyst with 14 years of experience. He played an instrumental role in the setting up of the cyber defence operations centre of the Indian government. Pukhraj was laterally inducted into the government from the private sector after the 26/11 terror attacks. It was a multi-disciplinary tenure ranging from geopolitical doctrine formulation – eventually approved by the prime minister – to the very brass-tacks of cyber operations. Later, he spent some time at Aadhaar, India's flagship biometric ID project as its first cybersecurity manager. Pukhraj also had very brief stints in the private sector, working with Symantec's DeepSight – industry's first threat intelligence team – and innovative American, Canadian, and Israeli firms. He has spoken at a variety of national security fora and hacking conferences. Pukhraj's writings have appeared in leading Indian journals and newspapers.

Shira Rubinoff, President, SecureMySocial; President & Co-Founder, Prime Tech Partners (USA)

Shira Rubinoff is a recognized cybersecurity executive, advisor, speaker & influencer, who has built two cybersecurity product companies and led multiple women-in-technology efforts. She currently serves as President of social-media-security firm, SecureMySocial & is President of NYC Tech Incubator, Prime Tech Partners, as well as on the Boards of the Executive Women's Forum for Information Security, Leading Women in Technology, blockchain company Mainframe and AI company, TrueConnect.

An expert in the human factors of information technology and security, Shira was named one of New Jersey's Best 50 Women in Business, was named by CSO Magazine as a Woman of Influence and was honoured by CSO and the EWF with their "One to Watch". Most recently she was honoured as an "Outstanding Woman in Infosec" by the CyberHub Summit. Before SecureMySocial, Shira founded and served for a decade as President of online authentication vendor, Green Armor Solutions. Within a year of releasing products, she grew the company to be a profitable concern. She more than doubled average deal size annually for three years consecutively, successfully executed OEM deals with major technology companies and led Green Armor's diversification across multiple industries.

Shira is a sought-after speaker and lectures on topics related to the human factors of cybersecurity and information security and holds several patents/patents-pending in areas related to the application of psychology to improve information technology and cybersecurity.

TK Keanini brings more than 25 years of network and security experience to his role as Distinguished Engineer within Cisco's Security Business Group, where he uses his expertise in analytics to build a unified security architecture that enables customers to adapt and respond to ever-evolving threats. In 2017, TK and team were awarded the prestigious Cisco Pioneer Award recognising their innovative work on encrypted traffic analytics.

Prior to joining Cisco, TK served as CTO for Lancope where he and his team built the award-winning Stealthwatch™ product line. Before joining Lancope, he was CTO at nCircle, driving product innovation that defined the vulnerability management and configuration compliance market.
