Dr Namosha Veerasamy has been a computer scientist in the field of cyber security research and governance for twenty years. She received her PhD from the University of Johannesburg. She is currently employed as a principal researcher at the Council for Scientific and Industrial Research (CSIR) in Pretoria. She also holds CISSP and CISM certifications.Her research interests include cyber security awareness, training, governance, strategy, misinformation and cyber terrorism.
