The 2025 Arctic Wolf Threat Report has revealed changes in cyber crime tactics and targets since the previous year.
Arctic Wolf will host a webinar in partnership with ITWeb to outline the changing cyber attack actors and methodologies.
In terms of the agreement, BlackBerry will sell its Cylance assets to Arctic Wolf for $160 million of cash, subject to certain adjustments, and about 5.5 million common shares of Arctic Wolf.
