Diopoint is a 100% Black woman owned and managed Level 1 B-BBEE ICT Company, specialising in ICT support services and Infrastructure Services.

In 2019 Diopoint partnered with Blue Turtle to form Blue Networks and Infrastructure (Pty) Ltd (BNI). BNI is a Networks and Cabling Infrastructure Company.

In 2020 Diopoint acquired majority shares in Interface Network Technology (INT).

INT is a provider of structured cabling and infrastructure solutions, specialising in the design, implementation and support of ICTI Structured Cabling, Data Centre, Electrical, Physical Security and Network Infrastructure solutions.
