Macrocomm Smart utilities

We provide a full turnkey solution in the Utilities space for both Public and private utilities to better manage both Electricity and Water. The bespoke solutions are designed to understand and address the challenges faced by the Utility with relation to infrastructure audits, accurate readings, accurate billing and revenue collection.

Our Smart Utilities solutions are then deployed to address the specific problem statements by providing accurate audits of infrastructure, deployment of smart technology including the installation service, automatic meter reading system AMR and the management software to help the utility generate accurate billing via our IoT platform which seamlessly integrated into their billing systems to eliminate human error.

Macrocomm Fleet Analytics

We provide fleet owners with an all-encompassing fleet management solution that provides to-the-cent daily running costs, as well as specific insights into unnecessary or controllable expenditure, thereby maximising efficiency and significantly reducing running costs. By virtue of the system’s unique Hardware-agnostic design, trip data is gathered directly from existing telematics units within the fleet, eliminating expenses usually associated with replacing units. A fully automated integration of costing data gathered from commercial fleet card service providers or any other form cost recording system, culminates in ongoing data analysis driven by our patented algorithms, with the insights delivered in a concise on-line dashboard. Customized reports, designed in conjunction with each client, form part of the system offering. Macrocomm also supplies accredited tracking devices and in cab camera equipment should customers require.

MacrocommRTS is our development house and factory that can locally build customised IoT hardware solutions to meet market needs. We have the ability to manufacture devices on Sigfox, NBIoT, LoRa or GSM depending on the use case

Macrocomm iHealth

Macrocomm has built a digital health care solution to manage a patient’s entire journey in the health care system. Starting with fingerprint or ID scanning to dial into home affairs data base to prepopulate a patient electronic file. The nurse takes triage using our clinic in a box, with devices that connect via our IoT hub which automatically updates patients’ electronic records. When the doctor sees the patient he has a view of a prepopulate patient file with access to a unique clinical workbench based on international snowmed codes to capture a patient diagnoses.
