We do security monitoring, and we’re good at it.

We’ve been operating a live 24/7/365 Security Operations Centre for over 8 years – it was one of the first commercial Security Operations Centres in South Africa.

Our customer base has grown steadily to include customers in various sectors including Financial Services, Insurance, Retail, Banking and Public Sector. We have customers all over the African continent, with a significant base in Gauteng and the Western Cape.

When we started out, we focused solely on providing a managed on-premise Security Information and Event Monitoring service, which restricted us to large corporates and bigger government departments. We’ve subsequently built a locally hosted cloud platform to cater for small and medium-sized businesses, at a dramatically reduced cost. This has been running successfully for over two years and has made Security Operations Monitoring-as-a-service accessible to far more of the market.

Our next major evolution was setting up strategic partnerships with leading security technology providers, starting in the Endpoint Detection and Response and Privileged Access Management security domains in order to provide their technology as a managed service. Again, the aim was to reduce the high cost to the end user by offering software licenses via an operational expenditure model, as well as negating the need to employ expensive technical resources to keep these advanced toolsets running.

We take the outputs from these tools, as well as other key devices on your network, into our cloud platform to generate incidents that are all ticketed and managed according to your service level agreement requirements. All of this data is then presented back to you via unique, customisable dashboards, providing you with actionable incidents that have already been correctly prioritised, enriched with correlated data and accompanied by proposed remedial steps.
