Darren Osbourn is one of the founders and directors of SevenC Group of Companies having helped establish the company over 20 years ago. Originally focused on developing Open-Source Linux solutions as an alternative to Microsoft, he ensured SevenC has evolved into a trusted partner for small-to-medium enterprises across Africa, offering tailored IT services that adapt to an ever-changing technology landscape. Darren is SevenC’s client focussed director, with a passion for helping businesses leverage technology for operational improvements, particularly as cloud adoption, cybersecurity, and hybrid work models reshape the industry. With increasing regulatory demands and a shortage of IT professionals on the continent, he ensures SevenC provides expert guidance, training, and strategic consulting to meet clients' needs.  His leadership has driven the company's steady growth, keeping it at the forefront of managed services in Africa. Outside of work, Darren enjoys playing golf and traveling to exciting destinations with his wife and two sons.

Graeme is the Managing Director of SevenC, bringing 17 years of experience in IT managed services. Under his leadership, SevenC has grown to support hundreds of clients across the continent, delivering a comprehensive range of IT solutions tailored to organisations with 50 to 200 users. His primary focus is on safeguarding clients’ IT infrastructure and security while helping them manage costs, adapt to rapid technological advancements, and build flexibility into their operations. With a strong technical background in Linux systems engineering, project management, and operational efficiency, Graeme has played a pivotal role in aligning SevenC’s strategic direction with its financial vision and long-term goals. His leadership has driven automation initiatives, enhanced technical support metrics, and improved team performance through coaching, training, and mentoring. He is also deeply invested in fostering professional development within the company.  Graeme holds a Diploma in Information Systems with distinction and a BComm. Passionate about endurance sports, he has completed four Comrades Marathons, numerous ultra-marathons, and a 200km Double Century Bike Race.

Eugene started his career in the trenches of IT support at Neotek in Empangeni, handling both business and residential clients. In 2010, he moved to Johannesburg, joining EZNetworks as a Technical Support Engineer, where he quickly expanded his expertise beyond IT- getting involved in quoting, billing, customer relations, and management. Over time, he took on the responsibility of running the technical department, implementing critical processes like structured ticketing systems and customer monitoring. In 2016, EZNetworks merged with SevenC, where Eugene played a key role in restructuring the technical department to support rapid growth. His leadership helped shape SevenC into the thriving company it is today. In 2019, he was appointed Technical Director, focusing on company structure, product vetting, infrastructure, and large-scale projects. With a passion for innovation, Eugene thrives on bringing enterprise-level technology to SMEs and believes in one guiding principle: “Just be better”
