As a result of the discovery process, Sourcing presents and agrees the determined Scope of Work with our customers which forms the template for the deployment process. This is closely managed by the Deployment team in close quarters with the Sales team to ensure a consistent and coherent monitoring deployment experienced by our customers.

RUN:

Running a monitoring solution and determining the priority, nature and impact of each data point is where the value in monitoring is determined. Our entire focus as an organisation is based on the discipline of running the best possible monitoring solution for our customers. Monitoring in our world is a way of life.
