At Tsukuru, meaning “to create” in Japanese, the purpose is clear: to create opportunities for clients, partners, and teams. Founded in 2019 as the official authorized distributor of the OUKITEL brand across South and East Africa, Tsukuru earned trust by delivering rugged, water, dust, and shock-proof devices built for the toughest environments. What began as a focus on durability, endurance, and reliability has evolved into the role of a trusted technology partner — delivering solutions that help organizations operate faster, safer, and smarter while unlocking long-term growth.

In 2024, Tsukuru expanded its operations with the launch of its Mobile Device Management (MDM) platform, followed by workforce management software, and customized hardware and software solutions. Today, the company delivers integrated, end-to-end solutions that not only strengthen operational resilience but also create measurable business impact. More than a workplace, Tsukuru is a diverse team united by shared values and guided by the vision of its co-founders, Karabo Mothulwe and Jurgita Stasiukaityte.
