Adré Schreuder is considered to be the subject matter specialist in the field of customer experience measurement and management. He has over 25 years of experience and advises companies across multiple industries both locally and internationally. He realised a career dream when he founded (& chairs) the South African Customer Satisfaction Index (SAcsi), an independent national benchmark of Customer Satisfaction, in 2012.

Adré Schreuder finalised his Bachelors, Honours & Masters degree in Marketing Cum Laude at the University of Pretoria (UP). He completed his doctoral studies at the University of Johannesburg. Adré held various academic positions up to Professor & Head of Department before he became a full-time practitioner in leading Consulta for the last 20 years. Adré held the position as Founder and CEO & CVO of Consulta – a Customer Experience Advisory Consultancy until he sold the company at the end of 2019.
