Customer Service Manager, GSK

I am a multi-skilled Supply Chain professional, with roots in the hospitality industry. I have an enormous passion for helping people and my career path has always brought me back to this. I ran the Tsogo Sun Central Reservations South African Call Centre for four years, and this led to my path in Customer Service in the Supply Chain.

I have extensive experience in the FMCG field and am currently loving being back in the game, having started at GSK in February this year as their Customer Service Manager. I focus on helping teams achieve their best outputs in terms of people and processes and am determined always, to make our customer’s experiences with us efficient, excellent and memorable.
