He brings more than 20 years experience to Veritas building successful teams in emerging markets, building strategy, executing on sales & marketing and delivering faster-than-market revenue growth, product penetration and healthy margins. Experience includes building a structure that leverages a direct and indirect sales execution model controlled through sales operational excellence that guarantees sustainable growth and predictable results. Focused on building the brand of the company through constant media engagement, building public customer references and engagement in Corporate Social Responsibility.

Johnny joins Veritas from Citrix where he worked as the Vice President for Middle East & Africa responsible for the overall business focused on developing a growth strategy and ensuring flawless execution. Prior to Citrix, Johnny held several executive roles with Symantec and AT&T.

Started his career in networking in 1996, worked for Agence Universitaire de la Francophonie responsible for building networks that gave French speaking universities around the world access to centralised information.
