Sandika has 18 years of experience in IT Governance, Risk and Audit.

She holds a master’s degree in Digital Transformation and Innovation Leadership along with a BSc in Computer Science and Applied Mathematics. She also holds a number of cybersecurity certifications.

Currently she is the Senior Manager for IT Governance, Risk and Compliance at Multichoice where she has been spending a considerable amount of time setting up an Identity and Access Management function.

In her personal capacity, she sits on boards and board sub committees providing oversight on IT, audit and risk matters. Recently, she’s been passionate about mentoring the next generation.

Her other full-time job is being a mom to energetic boys. In her downtime, she loves kicking back with a cup of tea in front of the TV.
