Abdul Kader Baba is the Chief Technology and Information Officer (CTIO) at Infrastructure South Africa (ISA), an agency within the Presidency of the Republic of South Africa, where he leads digital transformation, technology strategy, cybersecurity, and innovation initiatives that support the country's infrastructure development agenda.

He also serves as a Non-Executive Director of Computer Aid International South Africa and is actively involved in advancing technology leadership and digital innovation across Africa. Abdul is a member of the Institute of Directors South Africa (IoDSA) and the Independent Chartered IT Professionals (ICITP) Leadership Council. He currently serves as the World CIO 200 Ambassador for South Africa and Country President of the Global CIO Forum South Africa.
