With over a decade of experience, Braintree is one of the few Microsoft Managed Partners in South Africa, with a team of 100+ specialists and 2,000+ active clients across Southern Africa, several of whom have been with us since the beginning. We are purely Microsoft-focused, working across the entire stack, including Business Applications, Modern Workplace, and Copilot, Azure, Data & AI on Microsoft Fabric, and Security.

Braintree was built through the deliberate consolidation of specialist Microsoft practices in Great Plains, Business Central, Finance & Operations, and Customer Engagement. We sit with clients on-site before we scope anything, and our knowledge stays with our permanent team, not contractors who won't be here for the next shift.

Most of our peers from a decade ago have moved on, merged, or closed. We haven't, and neither have our oldest clients.
