Compliance is a top concern for IT and compliance professionals in the contact centre. Do you want to know where you and your practices stand vis-à-vis the industry?
NICE has polled 300 IT and compliance professionals from leading contact centres. In a unique survey, they have shared their concerns, challenges and plans with regards to how they run their compliance practices.
The main findings show:
- ¼ of IT time is spent on compliance and this is expected to rise in the next two years;
- 73% of respondents think their organisation should be more stringent with compliance; and
- 88% are looking for solutions to be more proactive with their compliance practices.
