Get wise to social engineering scams and close your
biggest cyber security gaps

A Threat Report by Arctic Wolf, a global leader in security operations, has revealed that half of all organisations have suffered a breach, and that business leaders’ biggest security concerns for this year are ransomware, phishing, spear phishing and business email compromise. Despite the fact that cyber security budgets have been increased, attacks continue – largely at the human layer.

In fact, research has found that around 74% of breaches involve the human element, whether this is due to social engineering, errors or misuse.

A staggering proportion of attacks come via social engineering: another survey by Arctic Wolf found that 89% of respondents have been targeted by malicious messages — 59% of those were suspected phishing emails and 41% were impersonation emails or text messages.

Why is social engineering so prevalent? Cyber criminals are increasingly creative and sophisticated, using multiple phishing methods, roping in AI to look more convincing, and hunting their victims across a broad range of digital platforms.

Arctic Wolf invites you to attend this event to learn why social engineering scams still work, how to spot them, and how to empower users to avoid them. You will discover the extent of vectors such as phishing and business email compromise, how attackers have adapted their methods, and how to mitigate these risks.
