Just launched by Xpertek is the Acquire Arrears Management module, the newest addition to the Acquire lending suite of products. This module offers comprehensive functionality to assist in the collection of accounts in arrears, and was developed in conjunction with Xpertek client, Ariva, which is part of the Imperial group of companies.
With this development, Xpertek has once again demonstrated its commitment to the ongoing development and enhancement of the Acquire lending platform.
Users of the module can identify accounts in arrears and automatically assign them to a collector for action. Varied functionality enables the collector to implement a 'promise to pay' (PTP) or a special recurring debit order, re-diarise, re-classify arrears, assign to an attorney, change the status of the deal, and raise fees and write-off balances. The module includes comprehensive reporting, covering collector activity and productivity, payments processed and full arrears status.
