Competition Policy

Competitions are open to South African residents only, however allowances may be made for those who can provide South African shipping addresses.

No member of ITWeb or members of their immediate family may enter ITWeb competitions.

No members of the sponsors of the competition may enter.

No person may enter within 90 days of winning the same competition.

All prizes won are as-is, unless otherwise stipulated by the sponsor and cannot be exchanged for cash or equal cash value. Prizes are non-transferable.

ITWeb may, due to the unavailability of prizes awarded, substitute another prize of equal value for the prize originally won.

When the prize is offered in partnership with a sponsoring company, the supply of the prize is the responsibility of the said sponsoring company. Should the sponsor renege on the supply of the prize for whatever reasons, ITWeb will not be held responsible to supply the prize.

All contest entries become the property of ITWeb, to use as it deems fit.

If prizes are not claimed within two weeks of the announcement of the winner, ITWeb reserves the right to give the prize to another contestant.

By entering an ITWeb contest, each entrant agrees to and is deemed to have accepted all terms, conditions, rules and regulations as written herein.

The winner is chosen by random draw from the database of valid entries submitted by the set deadline.

ITWeb's decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
