1st Touch, ROCC integrate solutions

Enterprise mobile workforce technology group, 1st Touch has signed a partnership agreement with software and services group ROCC to fully integrate 1st Touch's Mobile Workforce system with ROCC's Uniclass Social Housing solution, states Response Source.

This integration is aimed at delivering a best of breed management solution for social housing organisations.

The 1st Touch system manages, supports and controls mobile operatives across all aspects of housing management including: property maintenance, inspections, mobile service provision, asset management, responsive repairs, and performance monitoring together with voids and contract management.

The US Pharmacopeial (USP) Convention, a non-profit standards-setting organisation that advances public health, has chosen to implement Selectica Contract Lifecycle Management, according to Earth Times.

Susan de Mars, USP's general counsel, says: “The more efficient we are in our operations, the greater our ability to positively impact global public health. Automating contract creation, contract approval workflows, and contract report generation for all of our functional departments will go a long way towards making the most of our limited resources and reaching that goal.”

USP will rely on Selectica Contract Lifecycle Management to automate the handling of more than 20 complex contract types.

C-Lutions has changed its name to CLM Matrix, according to Tim Sparks, CEO, who will showcase the new name and Web site at the upcoming Microsoft Worldwide Partners Conference from 13 to 16 July, reports Sys-Con Media.

CLM Matrix's contract lifecycle management software is exclusive to the Microsoft platform and because so many corporations are already familiar with the platform, this reduces training and integration time and costs significantly.

Sparks stated, “Our Matrix Enterprise software adds 26 functions to the SharePoint platform, making contract management far more manageable. Because of the increased importance being placed on managing contracts more efficiently, we changed our name to more clearly reflect our expertise in contract lifecycle management.”
