The enhanced capabilities are expected to assist corporate clients to keep pace with a rapidly changing revenue collection environment and shifting consumer preferences.

The company focuses on optimising the entire cash collection process.

According to FinXtra, by focusing on optimising the entire end-to-end cash collection process, 3i Infotech serves as advisor, facilitator and integrator for companies concerned with the growing costs and management requirements of their many billing and payment channels.

“We are dedicated to helping clients handle changing consumer billing and payment habits through the intelligent application of technology and key partnerships with top tier service providers,” says Kathy Hamburger, CEO and president at 3i Infotech, BPO & Developed Markets.

“Whether it's managing multiple existing billing and payment channels for clients or guiding them through the integration of new presentment and cash collection capabilities, we simplify their complex processes while relieving administrative, operational and cost pressures.”

Westlake Village-based Zumbox, the provider of paperless billing and delivery systems run by John Payne, has also inked a deal with 3i Infotech, writes Socal Tech.

According to 3i Infotech, it has partnered with Zumbox to allow 3i's clients to send electronic bills and other customer communications via Zumbox's system.
