3PAR (NYSE: PAR), the leading global provider of utility storage, announced today that 3PAR was named on the Silicon Valley 150, a list compiled annually by the San Jose Mercury News to identify the top companies across all technology sectors based on worldwide revenue.
3PAR ranked number 111 on the list based on worldwide revenue for the previous four quarters ended 31 December 2009, up from number 122 for the prior year.
3PAR was also recently ranked as number four on the Forbes Fast Tech 25 - Forbes' list of the fastest-growing technology companies in America, published in April 2010 - based on 3PAR's revenue growth over the five-year period ended 31 December 2009.

The Silicon Valley 150 ranks public companies headquartered in Santa Clara, Santa Cruz, southern San Mateo, and southern Alameda counties on the basis of worldwide revenue (sales) for the most recent available four quarters as of 31 March. 3PAR was evaluated based on results for the four quarters ended on 31 December 2009.
