Bernina, the southern Africa distributor of the well-known Bernina of Switzerland sewing machines, has implemented Rapidtrade, the sell-side software.
The company aimed to reduce the complexity and cost of order processing by implementing Rapidtrade. With about 10 000 products (mostly spare parts) one of the main problems the company faced was incorrect part numbers on orders, resulting in major frustration, inaccuracies and inefficiencies. With Rapidtrade this problem is solved.
Rapidtrade software was chosen by Bernina for a variety of reasons:
