What is Time Master?
Time Master is a Windows based system integrating the functions of Payroll 2000, Time and Attendance, and Job Timing. A single system interface combines and interrelates time worked, income and deductions and labour time in respect of specified jobs. This program is the solution to the replacement of manual clocking and manual posting of hours worked.
What will Time Master produce?
It produces a wide range of pre-defined reports for printing, viewing or writing to file. It will also produce user-defined reports specific to your company needs. Typical output would include the following:
Timesheets
Time summary by job/individual/day/period/department
Exception summaries
Jobs per employee
Work in progress
Pay slips
Leave summaries
Monthly earnings and deductions
IRP5s
The system can be customised. Global, departmental, group or individual parameters can be set to control shifts, sirens, gracetime, overtime, tax and production activities.
Time Master is designed to be extremely easy to use. At installation, you will be walked through set-up and system rules and how to use the Online User Manual. If there are any statutory changes, we make it our business to supply updates as specified in our agreements and terms of licensing.
