LA Technology, sole distributor of AccPac, has announced that one of the ACCPAC e.Advantage Suite products will be integrated with Microsoft Site Server 3.0 Commerce Edition for the Windows NT platform. The combined product will run on Microsoft SQL Server and is scheduled to ship in late 1999.
The integrated solution will enable companies to quickly set up and manage their own Internet stores and Internet business commerce centres and integrate them with ACCPAC financial management solutions. Companies can conduct online business and consumer transactions in a secure environment where information flows directly into their accounting systems. Companies using the combined product offer their customers, suppliers and employees online access to a wealth of information stored in the accounting database. By enabling online information access and transactions, companies can increase sales, improve productivity and reduce the cost of doing business.
