Total IT solutions provider Accronym has become the first company in the sub-continent to be awarded Recognised Training Centre status by ACCPAC International.
Jo-Anne Parsons, training consultant at Accrotrain, the training division of Accronym, reveals that the stringent requirements for certification from ACCPAC were met early in June this year. "The status was awarded after rigorous evaluation of our team of trainers as well as our facilities," she says.
According to her, the procedure for certification is a meticulous one: "Training material written by the Accrotrain team was submitted to ACCPAC for evaluation and the credentials of the instructors were carefully validated before the Recognised Training Centre status was awarded," she explains.
For companies who are looking to boost the productivity of staff as well as individuals seeking internationally recognised certification, the facilities offered by the Accrotrain learning centre provide a unique opportunity to extend knowledge of one of the most widely used accounting packages around the world.
"The people who produced ACCPAC are the accreditors of the training centre and the qualification that can be obtained from the centre is recognised by ACCPAC users around the world," declares Parsons.

"Accronym recognises that training is an integral part of a complete IT solution - systems are worthless without properly trained people to operate them," he continues. "There is a worldwide shortage of people with formalised qualifications; a predicament that Accronym is addressing through the provision of complete and effective training solutions," he says.
