Acer reveals LED projector

Acer said the projector, which carries a $419 suggested retail price, "marries portability with excellent image output". It weighs in at less than three pounds, and provides an HD-ready 1 280x800 resolution.

According to Market Watch, the Acer K330 ensures image accuracy with improved colour saturation (60% to 130% NTSC) and Acer ColorSafe II technology.

The Acer K330 projects these high-quality images in a wide range of natural, deep colours, making it the ideal projector for presentations and data, as well as for digital entertainment, including movies and photos.

The Acer K330 is ready to connect to a range of sources. The HDMI port can be connected to popular sources like Blu-ray and DVD for full audio and video playback, eCoustics notes.

It also provides standard connections through its analogue RGB/component video (D-sub) and composite video/audio (four-pin mini jack) connections. These connectors allow multiple PCs to be connected for fast switching between presentations.
