Acronis, SolarWinds enter partnership

When purchased together, Acronis vmProtect and SolarWinds Virtualisation Manager are available at a discounted MSRP to channel partners who are registered with the Acronis Global Partner Programme.

According to Chanelnomics, Acronis offers a wide array of next-generation data protection and disaster recovery solutions for physical, virtual and cloud environments, while SolarWinds touts affordable IT management software to customers that span Fortune 500 enterprises to the SME.

Subsequently, the union infuses Acronis' disaster recovery and data protection capabilities into a VMware vSphere management solution powered by SolarWinds.
