ACT has announced the successful conclusion of a distribution agreement, which sees the company being appointed locally as the sole distributor for Samsung Corporation`s range of optical storage media.
Says Anton Herbst, ACT managing director: "While our distribution agreement with Samsung covers the entire range of storage media, initially we will focus the majority of our attention on the Samsung Pleomax range. It carries a distinguished image we believe will fair well in the end-user market."
"The Pleomax range is Samsung`s strongest brand of optical memory media at present, and in addition to its remarkable appearance, it is manufactured to the highest quality and performance standards," Herbst continues.

Speaking on the relationship Samsung has forged with ACT, Andrew Munnik, marketing manager of Samsung South Africa, says his company is delighted to embark on this new business relationship with ACT.
