AIIM ECM Master Certificate Programme, Johannesburg, July 2007

Johannesburg, 18 May 2007

NokusaEI, a leading South African ECM consultancy, is once again offering AIIM's internationally-recognised professional ECM certification programme.

NokusaEI will be delivering the complete range of modules for the ECM certificate course, which has been developed by AIIM (www.aiim.org), the international authority on enterprise content management.

Rob Cells, a director of NokusaEI, states that NokusaEI is facilitating this course as a service to industry in an effort to improve the body of knowledge in this rapidly-growing field of technology in South Africa. ECM includes document, record, Web content and e-mail management and associated technologies.

The ECM Master Certificate Programme provides complete coverage of ECM for professionals working in both the public and private sector. Participants will learn to plan, design and implement ECM projects based on case study exercises and expertise learned.

The complete programme of the AIIM ECM Certificate course will be offered over five days from 16 to 20 July at Cabanga Conference Centre in North Riding, Johannesburg. The modules are as follows:

* ECM Concepts (two days) - what is ECM?
* ECM Process (two days) - how to implement ECM
* ECM Strategy (1/2 day) - why implement ECM?
* ECM Master (attend all, plus a case study) - total ECM programme
