AlephZeph Consulting will be the first to launch OrgPlus in partnership with Kimru IT Logix in the Western Cape. The OrgPlus launch will take place at 9:30 for 10:00 at the hall of the Pinelands Library in Pinelands. Several HR managers have already indicated they plan to deploy OrgPlus in their businesses.
AlephZeph has been involved in the development of enterprise architecture solutions since its establishment on 13 September 2001. The main focus is to commit companies to follow a marketing-driven enterprise architecture approach.
"The market is the prime source of revenue; we must design our companies to exceed customer expectations," is the continual message from Jurgens Pieterse, executive member of AlephZeph.
Traditionally enterprise architecture focuses on the redesign of business processes and information technology. However, it was realised that it is not possible to gain significant benefits from a customer-focused approach without also placing a significant focus on the continual organisational design of a company.
While customers are the source of business income, human capital is the prime source of innovation and agility. Strategies fail to execute because managers fail to adapt the organisational structure in accordance to the strategy. Technology alone can never exceed the expectations of customers. Technology is the enabler which helps human beings to exceed customer expectations.
A company`s organisational structure is one of the key design components of enterprise architecture. One of the greatest challenges, however, for businesses today is to manage the dynamics of an ever-changing organisational structure in alignment with its strategic intent. OrgPlus is the type of technology that helps businesses to quickly align their organisational structure with their strategies and to secure the continual availability of an accurate representation of the organisational structure of the company.
By rendering the organisational structure visually, OrgPlus allows employees to collaborate more effectively around customer strategies.
The uniqueness of OrgPlus lies in its ability to automatically update the organisational charts and contact information from existing human resources systems like SAP or PeopleSoft. OrgPlus Enterprise edition enable employees to create organisational charts on-demand, access chart data securely over an intranet, view reports, profiles, directories, etc, and navigate and explore the organisation and integrate for dynamic scenario planning. The use of OrgPlus has dramatically improved several business processes like strategic planning, budgeting, knowledge management and empowerment. Many businesses use Orgplus to visually target and report their transformation goals to ensure their businesses reflects the demographics of SA.
Up until the present moment, OrgPlus had been only supported in Gauteng, by Kimru IT logix. Now AlephZeph will be the first company to distribute and support Orgplus in the Western Cape in partnership with Kimru IT Logix. The official launch will take place on 6 May 2005 at the hall of the Pinelands Library. AlephZeph has already received numerous confirmations of companies that will attend the launch. Companies interested in attending the launch can contact AlephZeph consulting by sending an e-mail to info@AlephZeph.co.za. More information and a trial version of OrgPls can be found at the Web site http://www.orgplus.com.
Pieterse summarises: "AlephZeph is always looking for expansion options in support of the quest to deploy business processes that increase customer value. We believe Orgplus is one of the products that will bring us closer to that objective."
