Altech non-executive director Dr Enos Banda has resigned.
The former Eskom chief has been a member of JSE-listed Altech's board of directors since February 2006.
Last year, Banda led a black economic empowerment (BEE) consortium, named Nariku, which secured a 25% stake in Altech Netstar's fleet management division.
At the time, Altech CEO Craig Venter said: "Dr Banda's broad executive expertise over many years will be important in helping us take the business forward."
