Amava Holdings invests in dns telecom

dns telecom, a converged telecommunications solutions company, today announced that Amava Holdings had taken a 30% stake in the company.

"Amava Holdings is a 100% black-owned and black-managed entity," commented Vaughn Humphrey, MD of dns telecom. "The group is not just an investment company but one that is actively involved within the ICT industry and thus brings significant value-add to our business, as well as influencing our BEE profile."
