AmVia`s business partner T-Systems South Africa has implemented a RightFax solution at the Motor Finance Corporation (MFC) to increase its turn-around time on motor financing applications and enhance client communications.
Phillip Peens, general manager: Information Technology at MFC, says as a separate business unit of Imperial Bank, MFC provides customised motor finance solutions to motor dealers.
"Our clients call for immediate response to motor finance applications and rapid processing of such documentation. MFC needed a streamlined procedures and systems to maintain superior customer service levels."
Peens says to fulfill these requirements, MFC wanted to migrate from its previous fax application to a high-volume, scaleable digital faxing solution running on Windows.
"A further, key requirement was for such a fax solution to seamlessly integrate with MFC`s current Lotus Domino application systems and with its business processes."
Peens says in the past, MFC has received very professional service from T-Systems SA, one of the company`s preferred business partners.
"With T-Systems` excellent integration capabilities and the fact that RightFax is the leading electronic document delivery product, it was the logical choice to implement the RightFax solution."
Peens says RightFaxX`s real-time electronic faxing capabilities have enabled MFC`s users to receive, process and dispatch all motor finance applications from the desktop, saving a tremendous amount of time.
"Effective communication on in-bound and out-bound fax documentation with a large number of motor dealers has significantly enhanced the operational efficiency of both MFC and our clients." says Peens
"The RightFax solution is extremely customer- and user-friendly," Peens adds. "The technology has been added as one of the business standards applied by MFC."
Collin Govender, deployment consulting manager: collaboration, integration & media division at T-Systems says MFC was especially pleased with the fact that AmVia`s automated fax solution integrated deeply into its Lotus Domino environment.
"T-Systems recently upgraded the RightFax solution to version 8 Enterprise Edition. This has enabled MFC to handle even higher volumes of faxed motor finance applications during a specific period."
Govender says since the initial implementation, AmVia`s RightFax product has proven itself in terms of robustness, reliability and stability, providing MFC with maximal uptime.
Belita Brasil, channel ambassador at AmVia, says AmVia`s RightFax e-document delivery solution perfectly fitted MFC`s requirements of maintaining excellent levels of customer service and satisfaction, and obtaining real productivity gains.
"Moreover, T-Systems` superior technical competencies and support services in the RightFax arena have enhanced MFC`s competitiveness in the motor financing marketplace," she concludes.
