Co-authored by Kenneth Chin and Debra Logan, Gartner evaluated vendors based on several criteria including product and service capabilities; approach to product development and delivery, market understanding; marketing execution; business model; and overall viability.
Gartner defines vendors listed as demonstrating strength in specific areas, but are largely opportunistic. Customers should continue incremental investments and potential customers should put this vendor on a shortlist of tactical alternatives.
