Amvia business partner QuartzIT implements RightFax solution at the Liberty Group

AmVia`s business partner QuartzIT has successfully implemented a RightFax solution for the Liberty Group.

Ivan Schepers, convergence practitioner: AmVia, says as one AmVia`s accredited RightFax support companies, QuartzIT has an extensive knowledge base in the implementation, integration and support of the product.

"While AmVia provides third-level support in the form of regular RightFax technical briefings, trainings and seminars, QuartzIT installs and fully supports the customer."

Schepers says QuartzIT is well known in the market for its service-focused approach and excellent technical capabilities. The successful implementation of RightFax Version 8 in a Windows 2000 Cluster Environment at Liberty has confirmed its reputation, he believes.

Dimitri Constantopoulos, director: QuartzIT, says the implementation of RightFax at Liberty has vastly improved efficiency and productivity. "Liberty as a group wanted to move away from its current, custom-designed fax system that was very costly to maintain," he explains.

Implementing the RightFax solution meant Liberty could replace its back-end faxing systems and offer desktop faxing for all its employees, allowing users to send and receive faxes via their existing mail client. "The solution enables Liberty to send documentation such as invoices directly to the correct recipient`s e-mail as if each recipient has its own fax number, introducing significant savings in terms of time, manpower and administration."

Constantopoulos says QuartzIT also created a reporting function on the RightFax solution for Liberty, which means all outgoing faxes are stamped with a billing code, enabling the various departments to keep detailed track of costs.

"With RightFax being the most widely used fax server product in South Africa, Liberty has peace of mind that its investment is secure."
