Arivia.kom`s marketing automated

Arivia.kom has its marketing with Siebel 7.8 at its head office, to reduce the amount of paper-based transactions within the department.

Arivia.kom`s in-house corporate information management unit managed the project and the local Siebel implementation and integration company, Implement IT was the technical implementation partner.

"Our objective was to have a fast, fail-safe system with which to end-to-end, multi-media campaigns, which would also be suited to the unique marketing model we use at Arivia.kom, and which could also be integrated with existing Arivia.kom processes and systems," says Marthe Bijman, GM: group marketing of Arivia.kom.

Siebel is used in Arivia.kom for CRM and sales, and the addition of this module fitted the group`s strategy of automating and streamlining its business processes and standardising on software.

"The alignment of marketing with the sales function through Siebel will allow us to support our sales force directly. Also, we intend using the system to obtain measurements of the effectiveness of our marketing interventions, the value of our client base, and the perceptions and standards of our brand."
