Large-scale projects targeting the international market will get a funding boost from the Media Development Authority (MDA), says Today Online.
The projects can range from multiplayer online games to films and next-generation digital media applications, MDA said at its annual Media Business Forum.
MDA has earmarked $20 million over three years to implement the Game+ Programme that aims to address the needs of the entire games value chain by providing support for concept development all the way to go-to-market strategies.
