Ascential Software has released its Ascential Enterprise Integration Suite 7.5, a single-vendor solution for enterprise data integration requirements.
As an enhanced data integration solution, this latest version stands up to the rigorous security, scalability, productivity and extensibility requirements of enterprise architectures, says Julian Field, MD of local Ascential distributor CenterField Software.
"This latest release delivers enhancements to all products in the suite, improving ease of use, Web services capabilities, interoperability, and metadata management," Field says.
The suite features an improved service-oriented architecture (SOA) that directly supports all its components, including DataStage TX, and delivers a robust common service platform for integrating transactional, operational, and analytical data across the organisation.
In addition to improvements around SOA, the suite includes several other platform enhancements that extend usability, productivity and scalability. These improvements range from a Mobile Director that extends integration to mobile platforms and provides administration from any handheld device; to support for 64-bit Itanium IPF HP-UX; certifications for Oracle10g and Teradata V2R5.1; and MetaStage analytical reports for enhanced impact analysis.
