AST brings business value to learning

In a continuous effort to provide customers with a blended learning framework based on their business needs, the AST Group has optimised the offerings of two of its business units into one unique unit called AST Learning.

The new AST Learning, with a consolidated delivery capability, will reveal new opportunities to address customers` needs pertaining to blended learning packages, as well as competency and performance management.

AST Learning has a dedicated team of learning specialists, which is complete with product specialists, consultants, instructional designers, graphic artists, technologists, architects and academics that have been implementing learning solutions for customers.

AST Learning acknowledges the roles different methods in learning can play when trying to achieve the desired learning outcome. To accommodate these different methods, AST has developed its AST Learning Pyramid, which includes different levels such as information gathering, interactive learning, collaborative learning, virtual classroom and face-to-face training.
