AST Enterprise Solutions Management (ESM), a division of the AST Group, has announced that Princeton Softech has launched Archive for Servers Clarify Edition 1.1, which delivers enhanced integration with Amdocs Clarify ClearSupport and expands capabilities for archiving rarely accessed customer Interactions from within the Clarify ClearCallCenter application.
AST ESM is the sole distributor for Princeton Softech in southern Africa.

Taking integration to the next level, this new release includes enhanced data viewers that offer a more intuitive and familiar feel for Clarify users. The task of installing archive-enabled Clarify forms is simplified and automated easing customisation and maintenance. Because Archive for Servers Clarify Edition integrates seamlessly with Amdocs Clarify ClearSupport, agents can browse archived data at any time as part of the Clarify workflow. The processes for archiving, retrieving and restoring archived data are transparent to Clarify users.
